14-Day Return Policy

Any newly purchased unworn and undamaged Land and Sea Jewelry can be returned for any reason within 14 days of receipt of the jewelry, for a full refund of the purchase price. In order to receive the refund, you must contact Land and Sea Jewelry within 14 days of receipt of the jewelry and obtain a return authorization. The refund will be issued by Land and Sea Jewelry within 1 week of receipt of the jewelry to be returned. Please review the shipping policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of any newly purchased Land and Sea Jewelry piece, the selected undamaged jewelry can be returned for a 100% credit of the purchase price. This credit will be applied to the customer's account for the purchase of a different piece of jewelry from Land and Sea Jewelry. Unused credits will not be refunded! In order to receive the refund, you must contact Land and Sea Jewelry within 30 days of receipt of the jewelry and obtain a return authorization. The credit will be applied after the returned jewelry has been received by Land and Sea Jewelry. Please review the return shipping policy below.

1 Year Guarantee Against Defects

All Land and Sea Jewelry is handmade by the finest artisans in the business. We strive to make sure every piece is free of material or manufacturing defects. However, in the rare case that a defect escapes our inspection, all Land and Sea Jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year against material or manufacturing defects. Please contact Land and Sea Jewelry and the piece will be repaired, replaced, or credit applied at the discretion of Land and Sea Jewelry. Please review the return shipping policy below.

Shipping

All Land and Sea Jewelry is shipped free of charge to the customer! There are no hidden shipping or handling fees. We generally ship 2 day express and occasionally signature upon receipt is required. We apologize in advance that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes!

FOR ALL RETURNS: it is the customer's responsibility to use appropriate shipping to guarantee that the jewelry being returned is received by Land and Sea Jewelry. Land and Sea Jewelry will not be responsible or held liable in any manner for returns that are not received. Refunds and exchanges will only be honored when returns are received by Land and Sea Jewelry.
